Really good Stay Experience
sanitized suite special request hotel facilities
Everything was arranged before I arrived! It included the floor selection, spa appointment, a room special request, cinema timeslot, and breakfast in bed. I checked into a suite on the 16th floor to take advantage of all hotel facilities. The suite was sealed after sanitation for guest protection. Plenty of sanitizer stations were available around the hotel.
The only minor issue was the lack of furniture on the balcony overlooking the city.

acceptable stay with service issues
missing towels inconsistent preparation
the hotel provides a useful shuttle service to the waterfront area.
the gym lacked both water and towels, even after i reported it to the reception twice. breakfast offered a plentiful selection, but i had to pay extra for a cappuccino. also, the same omelet i ordered on three consecutive days was prepared differently each time, highlighting a lack of consistency.

convenient shuttle wonderful view wide food variety
The complimentary shuttle to the V&A Waterfront was SOOOO convenient!!! The gym has a wonderful view. It made exercising more enjoyable. I appreciated the wide variety of food at breakfast, especially since I have dietary requirements. I enjoyed the nice coffee shop located in the lobby.

breakfast selection convenient shuttle valet parking
the breakfast selection included many choices the restaurant food tasted good the staff members were friendly and helpful they provided valet parking that was a plus. the gym was clean and well-equipped i used it a couple of times the shuttle service to the waterfront was very convenient. i found it easy to get around without a car the room had good amenities.
the soundproofing was not perfect i could hear some noise from nearby.

The room (a beautiful studio) was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a decent variety of options. The hotel has a convenient shuttle service to the Waterfront. I found many restaurants nearby (it was easy to find dining options).
The balcony lacked furniture (i wished it had a table).

amazing stay
super clean suite cinema experience fresh breakfast
i loved the super clean suite it was next level clean i also took advantage of all the facilities the hotel had to offer i especially liked the cinema experience with its good movie selection breakfast in bed was another plus it was fresh fast and perfectly prepared.
the hotel is good however the soundproofing needs improvement loud music from nearby clubs was audible past midnight
